Riders 17 & younger Parents/Guardian and rider fill out BOTH the Minor release & AMA Minor Release. 

 **Please bring confirmation (email receipt) to registration at the track. Annual Release form is valid for 2024 Florida Gold Cup Series, 2024 Mini O’s, and 2025 Winter Am Series.
